10 Nigerian companies that take IT students every year

Industrial training is something every Nigerian undergraduate looks forward to. We want to feel the work environment, expand our professional network, learn beyond textbooks class notes. For some of us, it’s a good time to save good money or take breath-taking selfies.

The Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) was established by the Industrial Training fund in 1973. The aim is to expose students of tertiary institutions to the industrial work experience. The duration ranges between 2-6 months to a year.

Getting a great IT place is the dream of undergraduates. The sad news however is that at the end of the day, not everyone gets one.
